Who we are

HIPP (Health Insight Professional Platform) is a Dutch business registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42087119. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Request access form: your name, work email address, organisation name, role, and an optional message.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run any analytics on this site. The only thing we store in your browser is your language preference (English or Dutch), saved locally on your device so we can remember your choice on your next visit. This is never sent to us or to any third party.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry or request, for example to get in touch about access to HIPP or to answer a question you've sent us. We process this on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us.

Who we share it with

We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send form submissions to our inbox. Resend acts as our data processor for this purpose only; we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with any other third party. We do not transfer your data outside of this single purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, and not longer than is reasonably needed for that purpose. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously sent us, contact us using the details below.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you, and request a copy of it;
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Ask us to delete your information;
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
• Request that we transfer your information to another organisation.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@hipplatform.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to information we receive is limited to those who need it to respond to you.

Wie wij zijn

HIPP (Health Insight Professional Platform) is een Nederlandse onderneming, ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK) onder nummer 42087119. In dit beleid leggen wij uit welke informatie wij via deze website verzamelen, waarom wij dat doen en welke rechten u daarbij heeft.

Wat wij verzamelen

Wij verzamelen alleen informatie die u zelf actief aan ons verstrekt via de formulieren op deze site:

• Contactformulier: uw naam, e-mailadres en de inhoud van uw bericht.
• Formulier toegang aanvragen: uw naam, werk-e-mailadres, organisatienaam, functie en een optioneel bericht.

Wij gebruiken geen trackingcookies en voeren geen analytics uit op deze site. Het enige dat wij in uw browser opslaan is uw taalvoorkeur (Nederlands of Engels), lokaal bewaard op uw apparaat zodat wij deze bij een volgend bezoek onthouden. Dit wordt nooit naar ons of naar derden verzonden.

Waarom wij het verzamelen

Wij gebruiken de informatie die u indient uitsluitend om te reageren op uw vraag of aanvraag, bijvoorbeeld om contact op te nemen over toegang tot HIPP of om een vraag te beantwoorden die u ons heeft gestuurd. Wij verwerken dit op basis van uw toestemming, gegeven door het indienen van het formulier, en ons gerechtvaardigd belang om te reageren op vragen die aan ons gericht zijn.

Met wie wij het delen

Wij gebruiken Resend, een e-maildienst, om formulierinzendingen naar onze inbox te sturen. Resend treedt uitsluitend voor dit doel op als onze verwerker; wij verkopen, verhuren of delen uw informatie op geen enkele andere manier met derden.

Hoe lang wij het bewaren

Wij bewaren de informatie die u indient alleen zo lang als nodig is om uw vraag en eventuele vervolgcorrespondentie af te handelen, en niet langer dan redelijkerwijs nodig is voor dat doel. Wilt u dat wij eerder verstrekte informatie verwijderen, neem dan contact met ons op via onderstaande gegevens.

Uw rechten

Onder de AVG heeft u het recht om:

• Te vragen welke informatie wij over u hebben, en hiervan een kopie op te vragen;
• Ons te vragen onjuiste of onvolledige informatie te corrigeren;
• Ons te vragen uw informatie te verwijderen;
• Het gebruik van uw informatie te beperken of hiertegen bezwaar te maken;
• Te verzoeken uw informatie over te dragen aan een andere organisatie.

Om een van deze rechten uit te oefenen, neemt u contact met ons op via info@hipplatform.nl. U heeft ook het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens als u van mening bent dat wij niet zorgvuldig met uw informatie zijn omgegaan.

Beveiliging

Deze site wordt via HTTPS aangeboden en formulierinzendingen worden versleuteld verzonden. Toegang tot informatie die wij ontvangen is beperkt tot wie deze nodig heeft om op u te reageren.

Wijzigingen in dit beleid

Wij kunnen dit beleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De datum bovenaan deze pagina toont wanneer het voor het laatst is herzien.
